Membership Review works with the cameras your wash already has, whatever the brand. At each membership scan it identifies the vehicle and checks it against the vehicle the member registered and the vehicle that member is usually seen driving. Likely misuse is flagged for your staff, and a person at your wash decides every verdict.
The data promise
Everything your cameras, your staff and your membership account put into Membership Review, and everything it works out from them, belongs to you and is used only to serve you.

Membership Review learns your own members' vehicles from your wash's confirmed visits. That learning is your data: it is used only for your wash, goes with your export and is deleted with your data. How the isolation works.
How it works, in three steps
Connect your cameras and your membership feed
Use the cameras and recorder you already have, whatever the brand. Most sites plug in a small pre-configured router; some need nothing on site at all. The scan feed comes from your membership provider.
Each scan is matched to a vehicle
At each scan, Membership Review captures the vehicle and identifies it: make, model, color, body type, and the license plate when it can be read. It compares that with the member's registered vehicle and the vehicle they have been seen driving before.
Your staff decide
Likely misuse is flagged for a person at your wash to review before any warning or cancellation. The tool assists staff; it never warns, cancels or reports anyone on its own.
The vehicle comes first
The camera sees a white Kia Rio, and the account says white Kia Rio: that is a match, even at night when the plate cannot be read. Most decisions are made from the vehicle itself; the plate is one piece of evidence among several.
Simple pricing
$99 per site per month
plus $0.10 per active member per month. No revenue from your data, ever.
Pilot sites pay no fees for 90 days in exchange for feedback and a reference.
